Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of bodyofchristtx.com. They are about the website. Your membership agreement and the waiver you sign before training are separate documents, and those govern your actual training with us.

Who we are

This website is operated by Body of Christ LLC, 14242 Northwest Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78410. Throughout these terms, "we" and "us" mean Body of Christ LLC, and "you" means you.

Using this site

You are welcome to read this site, fill out our forms and get in touch. Please do not use it to break the law, interfere with how it works, or try to get at parts of it that are not public.

When you fill out a form, give us accurate information — particularly your phone number and email, since that is how we will reach you about your free pass or your question.

The 7-day free pass

The pass gives you access to every class on our schedule for seven days.
It does not include 24/7 open gym access, which is a separate membership.
It is free. We do not take payment information and there is nothing to cancel.
One pass per person in any twelve-month period. If you trained with us before and your membership has lapsed, you are welcome to claim another one. We may decline a request that repeats inside that window.
We may change or end this offer at any time, but not for anyone who has already claimed a pass.

Training with us

Exercise carries risk of injury. Before you train here for the first time — including on a free pass — you will complete our waiver and health acknowledgement in person. That document, not this page, sets out the terms of your participation.

Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are recovering from injury, or have been inactive for a while. Our coaches scale workouts, but they are not medical professionals and nothing on this website is medical advice.

Memberships and payment

Membership pricing is shown on our memberships page and may change. If you join, the terms of your membership agreement and our payment processor's terms apply. Questions about billing are best handled by talking to us directly.

Schedules, events and accuracy

We keep class times, event details and program descriptions as accurate as we can, but schedules change and occasionally something on this site will be out of date. Confirm with us before making plans around a specific class time.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Body of Christ LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking. You are of course welcome to share links to our pages.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to services we use, such as our membership platform. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Text messages

If you opt in, Body of Christ Faith & Fitness sends text messages to the mobile number you give us. There are two separate programs, and you can choose either, both, or neither:

Non-marketing — class schedules, membership questions, reminders for classes you signed up for, and replies to something you asked us.
Marketing — special offers, event announcements and class updates.

Agreeing to either one is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop. For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages from us. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian has to give that consent for you.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy, which includes how text message consent works.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
