On fire for the Lord our God and to help athletes move and feel better.

My name is Aaron Alvarez. I am a husband and a father of 3 beautiful Girls! My credentials include: CPT, Body Building Specialist, Nutrition Specialist, Fitness Coach, Hyrox Coach, & working on my strength and conditioning cert What do you do? Outside Sales for Horizon Cable Inc. What’s your coaching approach? Physical and to push your limits. Why should athletes trust you? Because I know how to get the best out of an athlete. Coming from someone who was overweight with no drive and to whom I am now putting the work in to be a better version of myself and to help others along their journey. Who called you to serve? Andy gave me the opportunity to join him on his journey to bring Christianity and fitness together. This was something I wanted to be a part of. Why do you serve? To help others find it in themselves to push through the hardship and to see results is something that gives me so much joy! #Trust the Process

My name is Andrew Fox. My work credentials include: mhrm, mpm, cpp, shrm-cp. Gym credentials: CF-L1, payroll systems director (for a professional employer organization- basically a company individuals use to outsource- payroll, benefits, workers compensation and Human Resources). My coaching approach is to help people make minor improvements to get incrementally better over time. Athletes should trust me because I’ve trained at a number of boxes/gyms and done strength training for over a decade. My goal is to make everyone a better version of themselves. I have been called to serve because I love Jesus and I love working out (Jesus, family, working out - in that order). I serve because I know what it’s like to walk into a box/gym and have no idea what’s going on and I want to make that initial step as minimal as possible.

I am a Strong Warrior of God. I have 2yrs of experience in CrossFit (still flourishing every day). I a woman who wears many hats as stay at home mom. I am the heart and soul of my family (7 children and an amazing husband). I’m excited about coaching: willing and hungry to learn. Why should athletes trust me? I am very passionate about this sport. It’s a lifestyle for me. I want to give back what was given to me: The positive impact from coaches that believed in me, more then I believe in myself. Once I started to understand, I really started pushing myself beyond my limits. I am completely locked in. Knowing it’s one rep at a time, and one moment at a time. So, they can grow not only in the gym but outside the gym. What called you to serve? It’s been my god given calling. Why do you serve? Because it’s part of my identity as a person as a woman as an individual. Everything I am and everything I do is for all the honor and glory of God.

My name is Bobby Davies, and I have a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. I believe fitness is more than just working out. It’s about building discipline, strengthening your mind, and using the body God has given you to serve Him and those around you. One of the reasons I train so hard is because I compete professionally in MotoAmerica motorcycle road racing. Racing at over 190mph takes more than talent it takes strength, endurance, focus, and the willingness to keep pushing when things get hard. Staying in shape isn’t just part of my lifestyle, it’s essential for me to perform at my best on the racetrack. More than anything, though, my faith is what drives me. I believe every ability and every opportunity I have comes from God, and I want to honor Him in the way I live, compete, coach, and treat others. I don’t claim to have it all figured out, but I strive every day to grow closer to Christ and live in a way that reflects His love and grace. As a coach at Body of Christ Faith & Fitness, my goal isn’t just to help you get stronger it’s to encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to reach the next level, I want to help you build confidence, develop discipline, and keep Christ at the center of it all. I’m honored to be part of the Body of Christ Faith & Fitness family, and I look forward to walking alongside you as we pursue stronger bodies, stronger minds, and, most importantly, a stronger relationship with Jesus.

I believe fitness should enhance your life—not overwhelm it. Credentials • ACE Certified Personal Trainer • Experience coaching clients of all ages and fitness levels • Specialized focus on strength training, functional fitness, and building confidence through movement What I Do I provide personalized training programs designed to help clients reach their individual goals—whether that’s building muscle, increasing strength, improving athletic performance, losing body fat, or simply feeling healthier and more energized. My coaching approach focuses on meeting clients where they are and helping them progress at their own pace. Who are you? I was born and raised here in Calallen. Basketball gave me the opportunity to continue my athletic career at the collegiate level, taking me to Oklahoma, where I spent five years competing and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. When my basketball career came to an end, I discovered CrossFit and I never looked back. CrossFit reignited my passion for competition and fitness. What are your credentials? I am currently pursuing my L1 Crossfit Certification, I’ve been involved in the sport for 9 years and have trained under an L4 CrossFit coach in Houston for four years. What do you do? My family is at the center of everything I do, and they inspire me to lead by example through hard work and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. What’s your coaching approach? My coaching approach is centered around adaptability. Every athlete has unique goals, strengths, and areas for improvement, so there is no one-size-fits-all method. A cue that resonates with one athlete may not work for another. My goal is to understand each athlete as an individual and provide the coaching, tools, and support they need to be successful both in and out of the gym. Why should athletes trust you? I have been an athlete my entire life. Throughout that journey, I’ve had amazing coaches that poured into me and helped shape me into person I am today. I want nothing more than to pour into the members of BOC with the same compassion, encouragement and support that I was given. I understand what it takes to be successful, I want to share those same tools and lessons with our members to help them reach their goals and achieve success for themselves. My name is Jen Yturria, and first and foremost, I am a member of Body of Christ Faith & Fitness. When I walked through the doors in July 2025, I was intimidated and unsure of what to expect. After years of trying different gyms, classes, and trainers without finding the right fit, I quickly realized Body of Christ was different. The coaches, community, and faith-centered atmosphere made me feel welcomed from day one. What started as a fitness journey became so much more. Through the encouragement and support of this community, I found confidence, growth, and a genuine love for both fitness and myself. The impact this gym has had on my life is why I chose to step into an administrative role. I love helping new members take that first step and watching them experience transformations that go far beyond physical fitness. I can’t wait to welcome you and be part of your journey.

Ten months ago, I was neglecting my health and fitness.
Today, I’m down more than 65 pounds, competing in HYROX events, and doing things I never thought possible.
Body of Christ taught me that when you put God first, stay consistent, and lean into community, transformation follows.
Thank you to my Body of Christ family for helping me become the man God created me to be.

Becoming a mom, I started putting myself last. I felt guilty taking time for myself, and “I’ll start next week” eventually turned into years. Stress eating became a way to cope, while running became my escape.
A family member encouraged me to try her gym. I was nervous, but I realized nothing would change if I kept letting fear win. So, I finally took that first step.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. This isn’t just a gym—it feels like family. There’s no judgment, just people who support, encourage, and push you to become better.
This gym helped me get out of a dark place mentally and become a better mom. Now I get to bring my kids with me, and seeing my daughter enjoy the workouts make it even more special. I’m forever grateful for the people I’ve met and the family I’ve found here.
