I am a highly favored son of strength, courage, and valor. I am a proven warrior, battle-tested through combat, addiction, hardship, and life’s challenges. Today, I am combative for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I am a Marine Corps veteran, former Drill Instructor, former Federal Agent, author, husband, father, coach, and servant leader. More importantly, I am a man who was radically transformed by the grace of God.
For many years I lived asking, “What can the world do for me?” Today, my life is centered around one question:
"Lord, how can I serve You?"
That question changed everything.
Who do you help?
I help men, women, athletes, veterans, parents, and anyone who feels called to become more than they are today.
Whether you're trying to: lose weight, get stronger, compete in HYROX, improve your health, strengthen your marriage, grow your faith, or simply find purpose; we want to help you become the person God created you to be.
Many people walk through our doors believing they’re too old, too broken, too far gone, or too out of shape.
We’re here to show them that’s a lie.
What Results Are You Trying to Deliver?
At Body of Christ Faith & Fitness, we’re not just trying to transform bodies.
We’re trying to transform lives.
Our mission is simple:
Reset the Heart. Renew the Mind. Transform the Body.
We want our athletes to discover confidence, discipline, purpose, community, and a deeper relationship with Christ.
The weight loss, strength gains, race medals, and personal records are incredible, but the greatest victories happen when someone discovers who they truly are in Christ.
Why Should Athletes Choose This Gym?
Because we’re different.
Body of Christ Faith & Fitness is not just a gym.
It’s a family.
We believe faith comes first, fitness is a gift, and community changes lives.
You’ll find world-class coaching, HYROX training, strength and conditioning programs, recovery options, accountability, and people who genuinely care about your success.
But more importantly, you’ll find a place where you are seen, valued, challenged, and loved.
We’re not building memberships.
We’re building people.
What Called You to Serve?
God changed my life.
After years of carrying burdens, fighting battles, and searching for purpose, I encountered Jesus in a way that transformed everything.
The Lord took a broken man and gave him a new mission.
He showed me that the gifts, experiences, victories, and even the pain I had endured were never meant to be wasted.
They were meant to be used to serve others.
Body of Christ Faith & Fitness was born from obedience to that calling.
Why Do You Serve?
Because Christ served me first.
I serve because I know what it’s like to feel lost.
I know what it’s like to battle addiction, doubt, fear, and brokenness.
I know what it’s like to wonder if life can ever be different.
And I know the freedom that comes when you surrender your life to Jesus.
If God can transform me, He can transform anyone.
That’s why I serve.
To help people discover their purpose.
To help families become stronger.
To help men and women become who God created them to be.
To point people toward Christ.
At the end of the day, my goal isn’t to be known for building a successful gym.
My goal is to hear these words:
“Well done, good and faithful servant.”

I am a son of God, walking in His God-given purpose. A faithful servant to the Almighty, a disciple of Christ, and a man led by the Holy Spirit. Because Christ lives within me, His strength is shown through me.
I am a husband to Cinthya, a father to my children, a business owner, coach, mentor, and leader. But above all, I belong to Jesus Christ.
For many years, I pursued success, recognition, money, and the approval of others. Yet none of those things could satisfy the deepest need of my soul. Everything changed when I surrendered my life to Christ. The Lord took my pain, failures, pride, brokenness, and mistakes and transformed them into purpose. What once felt like bondage became freedom. What once felt like defeat became part of my testimony.
Today, my life is centered around one mission:
To know Christ, make Him known, and help others discover who they are in Him.
My heart is for people. For men, women, families, business owners, athletes, and anyone seeking to become who God created them to be. I especially have a heart for the black sheep—the one who feels forgotten, disqualified, rejected, abandoned, broken, or not good enough. The one who believes they have gone too far or made too many mistakes.
Because that is exactly who Jesus came for.
I want people to know they are not disqualified. They are redeemed. They are not abandoned. They are chosen. They are not forgotten. They are deeply loved by God.
I believe true transformation happens from the inside out. Not simply through physical fitness, financial success, or personal achievement, but through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. When the love of Christ changes a person’s heart, renews their mind, restores their soul, and reveals their true identity, everything changes. Their perspective changes. Their priorities change. Their relationships change. Their purpose changes. Even their definition of success changes.
I serve because Christ served me first. I know what it feels like to be lost. I know what it feels like to chase things that never satisfy. I know what it feels like to carry burdens, wrestle with pride, fear, doubt, and uncertainty. And I know the freedom that comes when Jesus changes everything.
If God can transform my life, He can transform anyone’s.
That is why I dedicate my life to encouraging people, strengthening families, building leaders, and pointing others toward Jesus Christ. Through Body of Christ Faith & Fitness, ministry, business, leadership, and everyday relationships, my goal is simple: to glorify God and serve people with excellence.
I want to leave a legacy of faith, courage, integrity, stewardship, obedience, and love. Not for my name, but for His.
Ten months ago, I was neglecting my health and fitness.
Today, I’m down more than 65 pounds, competing in HYROX events, and doing things I never thought possible.
Body of Christ taught me that when you put God first, stay consistent, and lean into community, transformation follows.
Thank you to my Body of Christ family for helping me become the man God created me to be.

Becoming a mom, I started putting myself last. I felt guilty taking time for myself, and “I’ll start next week” eventually turned into years. Stress eating became a way to cope, while running became my escape.
A family member encouraged me to try her gym. I was nervous, but I realized nothing would change if I kept letting fear win. So, I finally took that first step.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. This isn’t just a gym—it feels like family. There’s no judgment, just people who support, encourage, and push you to become better.
This gym helped me get out of a dark place mentally and become a better mom. Now I get to bring my kids with me, and seeing my daughter enjoy the workouts make it even more special. I’m forever grateful for the people I’ve met and the family I’ve found here.
