Where do I start if I'm new?

Start with our 7 free trial classes. No experience needed - every workout scales to your level, and a coach walks you through it.

Do I have to be a Christian to join?

No. Just come as you are - everyone is welcome.

Do I need to be in shape before I come?

No. Every class is coach-led and scaled to the person doing it. Come as you are and we'll meet you where you are.

What memberships do you offer?

Three plans online right now: Unlimited Monthly at $135/mo, Open Gym Only at $55/mo, and a $25 Drop-In. Head to the Memberships page to see what each one includes and to sign up.

Can I just drop in for one class?

Yes. A single Drop-In is $25 and you can book it from the Memberships page. If you have never trained with us, start with the free trial classes instead.

Do you offer personal training?

Not at this time. Everything we run is coach-led group training, and the coaching happens in the room with you.

Do you have virtual or online classes?

No. Everything happens in person at 14242 Northwest Blvd in Corpus Christi. Training together is the point.

Becoming a mom, I started putting myself last. I felt guilty taking time for myself, and “I’ll start next week” eventually turned into years. Stress eating became a way to cope, while running became my escape.

A family member encouraged me to try her gym. I was nervous, but I realized nothing would change if I kept letting fear win. So, I finally took that first step.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. This isn’t just a gym—it feels like family. There’s no judgment, just people who support, encourage, and push you to become better.

This gym helped me get out of a dark place mentally and become a better mom. Now I get to bring my kids with me, and seeing my daughter enjoy the workouts make it even more special. I’m forever grateful for the people I’ve met and the family I’ve found here.
