Our Story

Body of Christ Faith & Fitness was born out of simple obedience to the Lord. What began as a small life group between brothers quickly grew into a movement of faith, fellowship, and fitness.

It started when one of our co-owners felt the Lord’s call to gather men together. Joined first by his two biological brothers, then by two more co-owners, the group began meeting every Monday evening. What started with just four or five guys has grown into Forge Faith & Fitness, a life group of 30–50 men who still meet faithfully every single week.

From the very beginning, this wasn’t about building a gym it was about building men of God. We believe in excavating before elevating digging deep in obedience before being lifted up in purpose. Out of that foundation of brotherhood and discipleship, the Lord opened the door for us to launch Body of Christ Faith & Fitness.

This gym is not ours it belongs to God. Everything we do, we do for His glory. Physical results losing weight, gaining strength, transforming your body are just a small part of what happens here. What truly matters is that through movement, fellowship, and discipleship, you encounter God daily.

Our Mission is simple:

God first. Train hard. Transform everything.

Testimonials

Ten months ago, I was neglecting my health and fitness.

Today, I’m down more than 65 pounds, competing in HYROX events, and doing things I never thought possible.

Body of Christ taught me that when you put God first, stay consistent, and lean into community, transformation follows.

Thank you to my Body of Christ family for helping me become the man God created me to be.

Becoming a mom, I started putting myself last. I felt guilty taking time for myself, and “I’ll start next week” eventually turned into years. Stress eating became a way to cope, while running became my escape.

A family member encouraged me to try her gym. I was nervous, but I realized nothing would change if I kept letting fear win. So, I finally took that first step.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. This isn’t just a gym—it feels like family. There’s no judgment, just people who support, encourage, and push you to become better.

This gym helped me get out of a dark place mentally and become a better mom. Now I get to bring my kids with me, and seeing my daughter enjoy the workouts make it even more special. I’m forever grateful for the people I’ve met and the family I’ve found here.
