At Body of Christ - Faith & Fitness, We are more than a gym we are a community rooted in faith, fueled by purpose, and driven by transformation. Here, every workout is worship. We put God first, train hard, and believe that true strength comes from Him.
Our mission is simple: to unite faith and fitness in one place, building not just stronger bodies, but stronger hearts, minds, and spirits. Whether you’re lifting, running, or praying, you belong here. Together, we rise one body, all for Jesus.
God First. Train Hard. Transform Everything.

Faith is the foundation of everything we do at Body of Christ Faith & Fitness. It keeps us grounded in purpose, reminding us that our strength comes from the Lord, not just from training. With faith at the center, every workout becomes more than exercise it becomes an opportunity to honor God and transform lives from the inside out.

Family is the heartbeat of Body of Christ Faith & Fitness. We believe we are stronger together encouraging, uplifting, and holding one another accountable in both faith and fitness. In true community, no one walks alone; we grow as one body, united in Christ.

Fitness matters because our bodies are God’s temple, created to glorify Him. When we train and take care of our health, we’re not just building strength—we’re stewarding the gift God has given us. By honoring our temple, we position ourselves to live with greater energy, purpose, and impact for His Kingdom.

Ten months ago, I was neglecting my health and fitness.
Today, I’m down more than 65 pounds, competing in HYROX events, and doing things I never thought possible.
Body of Christ taught me that when you put God first, stay consistent, and lean into community, transformation follows.
Thank you to my Body of Christ family for helping me become the man God created me to be.

Becoming a mom, I started putting myself last. I felt guilty taking time for myself, and “I’ll start next week” eventually turned into years. Stress eating became a way to cope, while running became my escape.
A family member encouraged me to try her gym. I was nervous, but I realized nothing would change if I kept letting fear win. So, I finally took that first step.
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged. This isn’t just a gym—it feels like family. There’s no judgment, just people who support, encourage, and push you to become better.
This gym helped me get out of a dark place mentally and become a better mom. Now I get to bring my kids with me, and seeing my daughter enjoy the workouts make it even more special. I’m forever grateful for the people I’ve met and the family I’ve found here.
